An even slower fall!

Well it is pretty sobering to look at the chart since my last post!

It is interesting to see what on the face of it is still progress (I am, after all, a little bit lighter) graphically shown to be not much progress at all. Too much travel, too many exceptions, punctuated by too little following the plan ... I'm sure when I get around to posting again things will look far better.
